ABOUT THE BUILDER/DEVELOPER
Eaglepointe Townhomes is a joint venture between Jack I. Mason and Phillip
H. Case. Each of these gentlemen has extensive experience in multi-family
development and construction in both Colorado and California. Collectively
they have been involved with the development and construction of more than
3,500 multi-family units. Their
development team is complimented by the General Construction Manager,
Jerry Picard, President of Picard Enterprises, Inc., a construction
management company with more than 40 years of experience in commercial and
residential building.

Jack I. Mason
Jack Mason formed Mason Development Corp. in 1978 and through
1989, Mason Development Corp developed and/or built more than 50 office,
retail, industrial buildings or multi-use projects in the Colorado Springs
& Denver markets, with a total value of approximately $135 million. He
moved to San Francisco in 1989 as a general project manager overseeing a
major multi-family development company’s East Bay area operations. His
primary responsibilities included the creation, development and
construction of single and multi-family projects with total value in
excess of $225 million. Jack returned to Colorado Springs in 1991, and has
been actively involved with the development, conversion and sales of
several apartment/townhome properties.
Jack holds both a Colorado real estate broker’s license and a general
contractor’s “A” license.
Phillip H. Case
Phillip Case attended the University of Nebraska at Lincoln
courtesy of athletic and academic scholarships and graduated with a
Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. After a short career
with Douglas Aircraft working on the Saturn V project, he formed a
partnership, in 1964, with Robert Pralle to develop Southern California
real estate. They developed and constructed single-family homes,
commercial properties, and primarily apartment buildings. Most of these
properties are still owned and managed by them. They have 1,300 apartments
in California, 50 in Denver, 112 in Salt Lake City, and 1,150 in Colorado
Springs, along with 60,000 square feet of commercial property that they
own and manage. They have acquired and converted three condominium
properties in Colorado Springs, and are currently developing and building
a townhome project in Colorado Springs.
Phil is a licensed contractor and managing general partner of all of the
partnerships. He is a trustee for Chapman University in Orange, California
and a Trustee of Providence Speech and Hearing in Orange, California. He
currently lives in Newport Beach, California.
